Custom designs take about a week for the artwork to be created. An image proof will be sent to you once it is completed. You must approve the artwork or ask for minor changes. The item is not printed unitl you approve.

Stock designs - no image proof is sent for stock designs as you can already see how the design will look.

Total turn around time for your order is 1-2 weeks.  During peak seasons (June, November & December) please allow additional time for your order.

• Adult Apparel: 10.5” wide x 12” long
• Youth Apparel: 9" wide x 11" long
• Toddler Apparel: 7" wide x 9" long
• Infant Apparel: 5" wide x 7" long

These are our maxiumum sizes but could be adjuste slightly to compensate for available space to print on (for example hoodies because they have a pocket the max length may not be possible and will be adjusted accordingly).

When you request a custom design, we do our best to find the exact image that you have requested and we purchase the artwork from that creator.  A lot of times this isn't possible, in these cases we try and come as close to the original as possible, or we recreate the image as close as possible.  If you are looking to have an EXACT design printed please message us BEFORE you place the order so that way we can tell you whether or not that is going to be a possiblity.  We are a small business and wasting money on ordering apparel or on purchasing designs for orders that end up being canceled as they are not exact only increases our overhead causing pricing to go up and making items more expensive.  All of which we are trying to avoid and give you custom items at affordable prices.

If your custom order or part of your custom order is canceled you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item(s) cancelled. 

Also please note that you do not own the design we create or purchase for your order.  The price you are paying for your custom item is to cover, the blank item, and our time to both create the design and to print the item for you.
